Can’t believe another week has gone – going way too fast! ¬†WI day tomorrow and I think unless something drastic happens overnight I’m going to be very happy! ūüôā

I had an appt at the bank this morning and the British Heart Foundation had a stall with home made cakes on which you could buy for a donation. ¬†So I bought the two in the picture. ¬†I’ve given the chocolate one to my son and I’m having the pink one tomorrow – no idea of the pps but I’m guessing around 6-8pp????

I know I’ve not used a lot of pps today – it hasn’t been intentional! ¬†Just one of those things¬†confused

The plumber finally finished the leak this morning – still had problems though and had to go again to get a different piece¬†rolleyes¬†but fingers crossed it’s all done now!

WI in the morning and it’s looking like another small loss – fingers crossed that nothing changes that overnight!

Although tea doesn’t look that appetising it was actually nice. ¬†My kitchen is in the middle of getting decorated and everything is all over the place and so I couldn’t find my spatula to make sure that the omelette didn’t stick¬†neutral¬†which is why my omelette looks more like burnt scrambled eggs¬†lol¬†and my omelette pan needs replacing¬†sad

WI tomorrow and it’s looking like a STS, which with everything going on I’m happy with. I’m going to do Simple Start again next week. ¬†Monday might be a bit tough in that I’m in Manchester in the morning for a half day study day with work and won’t be home until 1.30pmish. ¬†I’m going to make sure I take some fruit – maybe a pear/banana with me, so as soon as it finishes (12.30pm) I can have some of that to tide me over till I get home.

I’ve revised the pps for today (even though I’m doing Simple Start ūüôā ), as I had a brown thin again and also a Skinny Latte, so I would have been bang on track if pointing today. Although I didn’t eat all of my tea as there was just too much.

I’ve really enjoyed doing Simple Start and the scales look like they may have moved a little, which all things considered I’m happy with ūüôā ¬†Back to pointing tomorrow though ūüôā

I’ve drunk over 2 litres of water, the first time in a long while! ¬†And while I’ve been peeing for England I think it’s too little too late. ¬†I’m looking at a STS or maybe a small loss – I thought I would get a 1lb loss but the scales seem to have shot up again¬†rolleyes. ¬†I had forgotten how much better I feel when I drink a lot of water though, so I’ve got to try and keep this up!

This helped me make my mind up and I’m going to try WW new plan for a week. ¬†It’s called Simple Start and is an introduction to WW and is designed to help you decide which of their plans you want to follow – either ProPoints or F&H. ¬†I’m not sure if you can access the information if you’re not a member of WW, so apologies if you can’t see what it’s all about. I’m actually quite excited about it and can’t wait to try it! ¬†Hopefully it will help to kick start my loss again.biggrin

Christmas meal

After umming and ahhing I decided to WI a day early. ¬†Despite all the shortbread I had eaten during the week, I managed a 1lb loss – which takes me to 119lbs – exactly 8stone 7lbs and my 17th star ūüôā

It was my works Christmas meal last night, so the pps are only estimated for the food, I’ve probably underestimated them but what’s a pp or two between friends¬†lol

I also took the chance to do a 12 month comparison picture as I realised that last years meal was also on the 20th December!  You can see the result here.
