If you are following WW and put this in the recipe builder it will come out as 5pp, because it takes into account all the nutritional info from the vegetables too before working out the points. Either way it’s still a low pp meal.

2 x Chicken Breasts, Diced (8)
1 Onion (0)
1 Garlic Clove (0)
1 tsp Smoked Paprika (0)
1 tin Chopped Tomatoes (0)
1 Chicken Stock Cube (0)
2 x Peppers, Sliced (0)
Spray large pan with frylight.
Add the finely sliced onion and heat for 6-8 minutes until softened.
Dice chicken and season with black pepper and add to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic and smoked paprika and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the tomatoes and pour over 100ml of stock.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the peppers into chunky pieces and add to the pan and cook for a further 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
