This serves 2 people.
I use Warburtons Square Wraps for these and although there will be enough to fill 4 wraps, I find that 1 wrap with a side salad, salsa and little of the filling on the side too is enough to fill me. If you are on F&H then use WW Wraps and you won’t need to pp them.
You need to point the wraps separately, 1 wrap = 4pp, 2 wraps =9pp
6pp per serving (excluding wraps)/2pp on F&H
2 Chicken breasts, sliced thinly (8)
1 Jar Old El Paso Fajita Cooking Sauce (5)
1 onion, sliced (0)
2 peppers, sliced (0)
1/2 cucumber, diced (0)
1 red onion, diced (0)
2 tomatoes, diced (0)
2 tbsps white vine vinegar (0)
Dice cucumber, red onion and tomato and mix together in a bowl. Add the vinegar, mix and put to one side.
Spray Frylight into a wok, large pan and heat.
Add the chicken and cook for a few minutes, then add Onion and Peppers.
Keep stirring and cook for 8-10 minutes until it is cooked through.
Add the Fajita Cooking Sauce and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
Spoon onto the wrap and serve with the salsa and side salad.
